Hi, I have been searching for forums or some type of help with sitecreatorplus. If you use them, you know their ’support’ is the opposite - NONsupport. But I can’t find anything. Maybe you can help?
What do you use for a customer database? I don’t want to have to go each and every order to can create one, but afraid thats what I will have to do.
Do you know of a form I can use to add a page for excepting electronic checks?
I sure hope you can help, but alas, I’ve used SCP for over 2 years and been on my own the whole time.

For electronic checks you’d probably want to do that through your merchant account or some other processor. I don’t think SiteCreatorPlus has a direct interface for that.

As for the customer database, they don’t really set one of those up for you either. Yes, SiteCreatorPlus is limited in some areas. So if you feel you’ve moved beyond its capabilities, maybe its time to switch to another platform?

We, too, have had SiteCreatorPlus for over a year. They are useless beyond the very startup of a site. There is no “real” person to contact and their FAQs don’t come near to needs. I am so frustrated, and furious. Now that I’ve spent this money, I need to change platforms…but to what since we’re newbies due to their lack of support, or as previously stated, NONsupport. Any one from SCP out there and listening? Didn’t think so.

Its quite new for me that there are different types of keywords which are Browsing keywords, Comparing keywords and buying keywords.And its good to got the definition of each with examples.Many thanks for sharing this.Hope this introduction will make my selection easy .
