Hey there!

My name is Dan Patterson and I’m the writer of eCommTips.com!  The main goal of this blog is to offer advice and tips about ecommerce and online business in general as I come across things that I think you should know.  You’ll notice that this blog is a little infrequent, but that’s mainly because I’m usually busy working on other projects and just use this blog as a way to share a few tips that I feel others should be aware of.

Background

I first started doing things online back in 1999 when I taught myself HTML and started building websites for other people.  That was my first experience in the online world.  Since then I have done web design, marketing, SEO, and all sorts of stuff.  Currently I work as an ‘internet coach’ helping others to start their own online businesses.

I also run several sites of my own and am always thinking of new things to do.
